Arbor Day The City of Linden will host a Texas Arbor Day celebration on Friday, Nov. 1, in Linden City Park, where two trees will be planted to honor the occasion. Sponsored by the Linden Garden Club, this event will feature representatives from Texas Forestry in Linden, the L-K FFA, and selected students from L-K Elementary, who will recite a poem and lead the Pledge of Allegiance. The ceremony commemorates the importance of trees in our community and their lasting impact on the environment, inviting everyone to come together in celebration of nature and to contribute to a greener future for all.
