A judge with the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled last week that the Texas Education Agency can release its 2023 A-F school accountability ratings, the Houston Chronicle reported.

He was known for his sense of right and wrong, but his stands were sometimes controversial. In a political career that spanned decades, Daniel became one of the most wellknown figures in the state.
