LEDC Update
We have been making leaps and bounds in recovering from the storm that struck Linden a little over a week ago and our local businesses are now closely following the state’s “limited re-opening” orders as well. I have to say, it was quite nice to be able to go out to eat on Friday night, and I’m certainly glad that we can start taking real steps to mitigate the economic damage we’ve experienced over the past few weeks.

In researching for articles to put in our genealogical journal, I have been blessed in with a wonderful genealogical section in the Atlanta Public Library. Housed on the second floor maintained by the Cass County Genealogical Society, a researcher will have access to a wide range of information including rolls of microfilm of various newspapers.
Cass County Tax Office lobby re-opens
The Cass County Tax Office in Linden has opened its lobby to a maximum of four people at a time. Those who plan to visit the office in person must wear a mask or bandana.
