Saturday’s fly-in was high point of day
On Saturday, Oct. 12, guests were greeted by the sight of a fly-in event at Hall-Miller Municipal Airport. Among the featured aircrafts to land at the airport were an air ambulance Palotis PC-12 plane and Bell 407 helicopter. Aside from the fly-in itself, guests were provided food and drink and encouraged to speak with airport staff and personnel. The event lasted four hours, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
A look at some good structure spots always worth a few casts
I’ve been fortunate to visit some of the very best largemouth bass lakes in the world, and I’m thankful that so many of those trips came at a time when fishing was still fishing. Not the video game it has become for so many since the evolution of high-tech electronics like forward-facing sonar, monster screens and other game changing goodies.

Lucky U Rescue to host dog Halloween paw-ty
Lucky U Rescue, a non-profit organization which aims to find and foster abandoned, homeless, or mistreated animals until they are adopted, will be hosting a Halloween event on Saturday, Oct. 26 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m located on Hiram St. in Atlanta.
