Beau Daniel Merryman, 20, pleaded guilty to the distribution of information relating to explosives and destructive devices today before U.S. Magistrate Judge Roy S. Payne. The Jefferson, Texas man plead guilty to federal violations in the Eastern District of Texas which were announced by Acting U.S. Attorney Nicholas Ganjei on Thursday, November 4, 2021. Merryman is known in Atlanta for first plastering more than 100 white supremacist stickers, according to Nate Thayer a freelance journalist.
Queen City’s Band of Champions and Atlanta’s Big Bad Band from Rabbit Land were two of just a few in all of Class 3A that made it to the finals of the state marching competition in San Antonio last week. The Band of Champions placed third overall and the Big Bad Band from Rabbit Land placed fourth overall. To be in the top four out of 211, 3A bands across the state of Texas is a great accomplishment.
