Becky Wilbanks and the Sons of the American of the American Revolution proclaimed May 18 through May 21, 2022, Law Enforcement Appreciation Week. The proclamation was issued as follows:
This year’s Cypress Valley A&M Club Scholarship recipient is Brant Rosser. Brant will be a junior at Texas A&M University for the 2022/23 school year. Brant is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Forestry and is currently a member of Cadet Company H-1 with plans to pursue a career in the U. S. Special Forces. Atlanta High School’s Art Club is hosting a Spring Student Art Show and Sale from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily beginning on Monday, May 9 and going on until Thursday, May 12. The artwork will be displayed in the auditorium foyer.
