For 29 seasons as head coach of the Dallas Cowboys, Tom Landry was the image of professionalism and sportsmanship. His determination and leadership made the Cowboys one of the most famous and successful teams in the nation.
It’s a new year, but the news out of the capital continues to focus on COVID-19.
Each year, most of us make a list of things we want to improve on or act on for the new year. It’s usually about losing weight, quitting smoking or some other habit, and starting an exercise regimen.
Linden had a great Christmas and the weather cooperated for a nice day to enjoy those new outdoor toys kids received. Speaking of kids and toys Linden Together did a great job helping several families that were struggling during Christmas. This sort of community assistance going from one person to another is exactly what makes America great and why I am a proud member of Linden Together. Linden Together meets at the Sr Center on Koffman on the first Monday of the month at 7pm. Come out and find out what is going on in our community.
