Funeral services for Carol Violet Capps, 79, of Irving were at 1:30 p.m. Monday, May 15, 2023 at Shiloh Methodist Church located at 556 County Road 1641, Jefferson, Texas. Burial followed at Shiloh Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Linden. There was a time of visitation beginning at 1:00 p.m. Monday at the church.
