On February 9, 26-year old Shawn Quinn was heading home to his parents - Dennis and Sharla Quinn - house after celebrating a friend’s birthday. He ran into the back of a semi at the 59 Exit off Loop 369. He was airlifted to UAMS Little Rock, where he remains in Surgical ICU. He has numerous injuries, including some brain bleeds that have stopped. They still do not know the extent of the brain trauma. Shawn did not have insurance.
