Linden Christmas festivities

Tis the season for Christmas festivities! Linden unquestionably knows how to celebrate the upcoming holiday. Festivities began at 10 A.M. with Linden’s once monthly themed block party. This year’s theme was “Rockin’ Around the Block,” and those in attendance certainly did just that. Downtown was abuzz with residents and nonresidents alike who shopped for that perfect Christmas present. At 2 P.M. the Christmas parade began. Kids and adults lined the street, eager to see the many participants of the parade. Kids were able to fill their pockets with candy as cars, floats, and even horse drawn carriages passed by. Santa, the Grinch, and even Rudolph made special appearances! After the parade, Santa took time out of his busy schedule to hear the wishes of those stary eyed kids.
