State of Texas Flag
Publishers Note – We recently had a reader concerned about how our Texas State Flag was being used. In a couple of photos that recently appeared in the Cass County Citizens Journal-Sun, the flags were casually displayed upside down which means that the state is under duress. I thought this would be a good time to give some background and show the proper usage of the flag.
